On a Mac:
If the Mac doesn't turn on first time, you will have to slide the wine cooler up a bit press the power and then slide it down.
This should jump start it. It can be a bit tricky.
Paper/Printer
- The paper is stored on the stationary shelves opposite the toilets on the top floor.
- The paper is stored on the bottom towards the floor. A menu template should be on top of each box.
- The paper gets loaded into the printer side tray, the one on the left hand side.
- BH Paper - Load the paper with the BH logo facing toward you on the left. The logo should be upside down and going towards Wills office.

LS Paper - Knife and fork should be facing up but closest to the printer feed tray (right hand side).

NOTE: Layout is the same for the drinks menu
The printer only likes 20/25 copies at a time. It will only print one sided.
Make sure on the printer screen the paper type is selected as A3 cardstock.
NOTE: If you receive a resource required error take the paper out, change to A3 plain and the put paper back in this should fix it.
Don’t worry about folding them.
Mac/Indesign
Nick has created a special folder on his design NAS.
- Media_1 > 0.Menus > Print the most up to date copy.
- It will be the indesign file to open.
- Once opened in indesign under printer settings select to print from a range e.g 1-2 or 3-4. Do the inside print range first.
- When reprinting for the back side add this print range in last.
NOTE: You might have to adjust the scaling to fit to page. It should be fine as default but worth checking. Also go into Marks and Bleed and make sure crop lines are turned off.
