Option 1 - Reservations  - Networking 496

Option 2 - Guest Services- Networking 200 - THIS IS APL FRONT DESK (Use to be: System Speed 209 for GS group)

Option 3 - HR/Finance/Marketing - VSF Announcement 13

Option 4 - All Other Calls - Networking 200 - THIS IS APL FRONT DESK.

No answer/Error will send you to Networking 496.

Pressing 0 will send you to Networking 200.

 

Troubleshooting APL Front Desk Phone

  1. From an office/room phone can you dial ext. 200?
  2. From an office/room phone can you dial ext. 297?
  3. From an office/room phone does dialling 0 take you to ext. 200?
  4. Does ext. 200 overflow to GRM phone 297 if you don't pick up?
  5. Can you dial an outside line on both ext. 200 & 297
  6. Dialling externally via 01768 486442 then option 4 will take you to ext. 200, does this work?
  7. Night House Manager set forward from Ext. 200 to 297 so they are able to leave front desk. With the forward enabled can you verify 297 rings when you repeat steps 1, 3 & 6?
